Our Canadian online storefront is set up to make ordering, delivery, and customer support straightforward.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after the item is delivered. Items should be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with included packaging where reasonably possible. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Once a request is approved, we provide a free return method. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Problems with an order

If an item is damaged, defective, sent in error, missing from the shipment, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return or resolution is approved. Your bank or card issuer may need another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
